Description
The laser scanning confocal microscope is mainly used for taking images of the specimen and quantitative analysis. After fixation and fluorescent staining, observers can view the specimen (cells or tissue sections) through the laser scanning confocal microscope; live-cell imaging can be performed by transfecting labeled synthetic proteins into the cells and view under our microscope.
