    Description

Raman effect is an important method to investigate the molecular structure , the chemical bonding composition and the analysis of molecular q uantity. The production of raman scattering is due to the vibration or the rotation of the molecular itself, and results in the energy interchange between the phonon and molecular. Therefore, the reflected scattering light frequency is changed. The Microscopes Raman Spectrometer focus the laser light on the sample by the optical microscope and the scattering light is reflected into the spectroscopy by the same microscope.
