本部現有主治醫師9人、總醫師2人、住院醫師(R1-R3) 5人、專科護理師1人、醫技人員4人及行政助理2人，共計23人，另有兼任主治醫師7人，共同負責及協助本部診療、教學、研究及行政業務。除門、急診業務外尚有住院病床5張(6A病房)，每天皆有門診。
此外，須負責成大醫院畢業後一般醫學訓練學員之皮膚科選修課程、成大醫學系學生之皮膚學科及臨床實見習課程；外校實習醫學生如台大、中國、中山、高醫、慈濟、馬偕及國外醫學生等，也不定期於本部接受皮膚科臨床實見習課程。本院或他院家醫科、整形外科、職醫科、老年科及感染科輪訓住院醫師也會至本科訓練。
