本學程規劃主要由成功大學資訊工程學系為主要開課系所,資訊工程系目前也正規劃 AI 學分學程,以配合此學位學程課程需要,其中課程涵蓋人工智慧基礎概念,機器學習基礎,智慧運算軟硬體相關技術與應用,以及多門跨領域資料應用學科,並透過與校內醫院與其他學院的跨領域結合,將AI 相關技術運用並解決各領域的問題,推行並達到 AI 產業化,產業 AI 化的目標。
