The International Relations Division (IRD) serves as a vital platform in promoting cooperation involving international academic research and activities. IRD is mainly engaged in the following services:
1. Build up cooperation agreements with foreign academic institutes/universities
2. Responsible for the administration of exchange programs and short-term activities
3. Assist in hosting important foreign guests
4. Assist our colleges, departments, and institutes to establish cooperation agreements and student exchange programs
