Organisation profile

The Institute of Civil Aviation is focused on the design, analysis, and applications of the modernized civil aviation. Currently, the teaching goals and research projects of this institute can be divided into the following four areas: 1) Aircraft Maintenance and System Quality Assurance; 2) Air Transportation Administration and Management; 3) Flight Safety and Human Factor Engineering; 4) Avionics, Navigation, and Communication Systems.

In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. Our work contributes towards the following SDG(s):

  • SDG 9 - Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
  • SDG 13 - Climate Action
  • SDG 15 - Life on Land
