The Institute of Telecommunications Management was established in 2001.
It is the first institute in Taiwan to focus on and graduate telecommunications managerial professionals.
The establishment of this Institute reflects the trends of globalization, privatization and deregulation of the telecommunications industry.
The Institute integrates the faculty, facility, and alumni resources to achieve the mission of educating telecommunications managerial professionals for the society.
