His current research interests include next-generation wireless communication systems, RF system calibration and measurement, industrial IoT, edge computing, data-driven signal processing, and embedded machine learning. He was the recipient of the UCLA Outstanding PhD Award in 2009 and the IEEE Signal Processing Society Best Paper Award in 2012. He was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2016. ",
