濁水溪流域子集水區長年逕流量變化之探討

Abstract

近年由於氣候變遷與人為活動均對水文環境造成影響,許多區域的水資源可利用性發生變化,探討其擾動來源成為重要的議題。本研究以雙累積曲線進行降雨與逕流一致性分析,探討時間轉折點並計算氣候因子與非氣候因子造成逕流量的變化。本研究選取濁水溪流域的濁水溪上游段、水里溪、陳有蘭溪及清水溪等4個子集水區共7個雨量站和4個流量站作為研究對象,以Mann-Kendall趨勢檢定法檢測降雨與流量資料的顯著趨勢,並使用雙累積曲線與迴歸分析求得降雨與逕流的關係。結果顯示,四個子集水區或區段中,陳有蘭溪與清水溪皆於1978年在雙累積曲線圖上判斷出轉折點,兩流域於轉折點發生前後,觀測逕流量之改變量分別為21%與11%。以雙累積曲線法計算氣候變遷對陳有蘭溪與清水溪流域之影響分別為57%與53%。另以最小平方法求得其前期與後期的降雨-逕流關係模式後,計算其氣候變遷因子影響的百分比,分別占總改變量的54%與68%。此結果可供未來濁水溪流域在治理、建設與水土保持等政策上作為參考.
