Abstract

In this paper, a branch oriented key m;management scheme whose security is based on solving discrete logarithms is proposed. The key management problems existed in the multilevel security environment can be overcome. Our scheme is elegant, simple, general and suitable for the dynamic access control in a hierarchy.
