Abstract

The purpose of this work is to manage human-computer interaction between both physical and digital representations in background to reduce the cognitive load of manipulation in design presentation. A Context Manager is presented as a management facility for use in integrating interaction events among users, artifacts and digital information. The Context Manager for multimodal interaction is deployed as XML web services. The functionality is demonstrated in a tangible media design presentation environment.
