Abstract

This paper describes a simple CLASS-E inverter circuit design using matching technology to drive the ultrasonic welding system with zero voltage switching. The output voltage is feedback to control the oscillator frequency to arrive the self-tracking function. The results exhibited that the CLASS-E inverter circuit can be effectively and stably applied on the high power ultrasound welding system.
