Abstract

Lin et al. demonstrated that Tx-01 plays a therapeutic role through interfering intracellular HSP70/NICD interaction to reduce nuclear translocation. Tx-01 also interacts with membrane-bound HSP70 (mHSP70) recognized by ascitic NK cells and acts as a favorable prognostic marker in serous ovarian cancer.
