An external compensated method for AMOLED display based on current feedback

Abstract

This work proposes a pixel circuit with an external compensated structure for AMOLED displays by using the LTPS process. Based on the simulation results, the OLED current is independent of the threshold voltage of TFTs and the variation is smaller than 50 nA while the ΔVTH is ± 0.5 V.
