Abstract
The I-V characteristics of the YBa2Cu3O7-δ superconductive films are measured over wide dynamic ranges. The analysis is based on the facts that (a) the critical temperature Tc varies with the current, and (b) the resistivity near Tc follows a power-law dependence on the temperature difference from Tc. The data are found to be scaled very well near Tc. The exact form of the scaling function, which can also be fitted to most of the previously published results, is proposed.
