Abstract

The ensemble of RNA secondary structure of uniform sequences was discussed. It was found that the crossover function depended on thermodynamic parameters. It was observed that the partition function of the molten phase model was obtained through the recursive relation. Analysis shows that the free base energy of unbound base provides only a negligible effect on the behavior of a stem.
