Abstract

This study addresses how AI will change the development of content marketing. Content marketing refers to marketing strategies executed by the means of creating and releasing valuable content to help attract and retain the targeted audience. With the flourishing of social media, as well as smart technology with AI advancement, the content marketing faces radical innovation opportunities and challenges. Thus, this research aims to review and propose development strategies of content marketing with AI technology. The study discussed the issue with the frame of content creation, channel distribution, marketing effect, and strategy adjustment. We propose that with promise of AI advancement, content marketing would have the opportunities to get even closer to the customers and precisely obtain their insight. In addition, this advantage would enhance if well prepared for the challenges in the safekeeping of personal data and building trust with the customers.
