N2 - Due to the changing work patterns and diet, office workers suffer from Knee osteoarthritis (OA) earlier as results of overweight and lack of exercise. Good assistive effectively improve nerve and vascular in regulating peripheral, so the body can move more efficiently. The current studies on improving osteoarthritis and designs mostly focus on minimally invasive surgery or arthroplasty, so there is no physiological mechanism and correlation in considering overall degradation factor. As from the aspect of collaboration mechanism in nerves and peripheral vessels as well as the activation of motor cortex at lateral brain, this research analyzes the key factors that influence middle-aged and elder’s body temperature and skelasthenia in order to integrate the principle and parameters of medical prevention. It aims to develop the improvement devices for joint activity through external and timely treatments. These devices will not only stimulate the cycle metabolism, but also enhance middle-aged and elder’s exercise outcome.
