Athermal Silicon Power Splitter using Shortcuts to Adiabaticity

Abstract

We design and fabricate an athermal silicon power splitter using shortcuts to adiabaticity. The power splitter is suitable for temperature-variant environments with a temperature sensitivity of 0.11% variation in splitting ratio per °C.
