Abstract

Here, we had succeeded to develope the bacteria of E. Coli, as a new template for growing and self-assembling Au NPs on E. Coli, surface. We not only found the E. Coli. coated with Au NPs were curative effect to cancer cells using photothermal therapy but also the those particles were non-toxicity to cells.
