N2 - In this paper, the calibration method of multi-focal planes of a 3D scanning system with zoom-lens unit based on structured light has been discussed. Based on the development of calibration methods for zoom lens characteristics, we design a calibration target for zoom lens calibration. Also, we present a pragmatic calibration process that consists of five procedures.
