Choledochoilluminating drainage device

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a choledochus illuminating drainage device for reducing risk of erroneously damaging a common hepatic duct during cholecystectomy. SOLUTION: This choledochus illuminating drainage device includes at least one optical fiber including at least one light emission structure on or inside a tube wall of a draining conduit tube. When the conduit tube enters a conduit of a living body, the optical fiber leads light from a light source such that the light is emitted from the light emission structure and is transmitted through the tube wall of the conduit tube and the conduit of the living body, so that a position of the conduit is indicated, and an operation peripheral region can be illuminated.
