Abstract

A numerical technique based on a combination of the conformal mapping and finite-difference methods is used to evaluate quasistatic parameters of the supported coplanar waveguides (SCPWs). The convergence rate of the finite-difference analysis is accelerated with the use of the proposed grid-generation method.
