Abstract
The defect-induced electron lifetime and energy-gap anisotropy effects on the Tc of the A-15 compounds are examined. A self-consistent model calculation demonstrates that the various defect dependences of Tc can be qualitatively understood in terms of the electron-lifetime effect.
