Abstract

Densified mixture ratio design of concrete, mineral admixture system including aggregates and additions should be firstly mixed with dense proportion. The results about two dense proportion patterns different in order are achieved by mathematical curve fitting to experimental data and formula calculation to provide basis for more economical and reasonable densified mixture ratio design of concrete. In positive-fill and counter-fill patterns, the mass ratios between coarse aggregate and fine aggregate are almost the same, while the masses of additions are different because of the filling order when reaching the lowest void fraction and gaining basically near maximum unit weight.
