Abstract
An MP3 audio play system is designed and created under a radio frequency (RF) signal coverage environment for exhibition narration. The proposed system contains wall sets to be installed to pronounce the address code by RF interrogation, and user sets to be hand-carried to activate the audio contents on MP3 by RF receiver. Based on the proposed system configuration, program content can easily be edited, selected and downloaded to MP3. The wall set pronounces each exhibition works on sequential number as address code, while the user set receives this address code and can correctly search for the audio narration record on MP3 memory very quickly. A control program is designed and implemented on microprocessor to play MP3 from any previous location, instead of the beginning, by a block shift control. The Narrator System builds many humanization and user-friendly functions with different scenarios.
