Abstract

In this paper, we propose two parallel fuzzy logic sliding-mode controllers (PFSMCs) for spring-linked two cart-pole systems. The control goals are to keep the spring-linked two pendulums on two carts vertically upright and to regulate the carts' positions. Both the computer simulations and real experiments demonstrate that the proposed control schemes are feasible and effective.
