Design of six-channel triplexer based on multipath-embedded stub loaded resonators

Abstract

In this paper, a novel six-channel triplexer based on multipath-embedded stub loaded resonator is proposed. The six-channel triplexer (2.4 / 3.5 GHz, 5.2 / 6.8 and 5.8 / 8 GHz) is composed of three pairs of coupled multipath-embedded stub loaded resonator (SLRs) and the source-load coupling lines. The multipath-embedded SLRs are having two paths to form dual-passband response. The six-channel triplexer is showing a simple configuration, an effective design method, high passband selectivity and good band-to-band isolation. The measured results are in good agreement with the full-wave electromagnetic (EM) simulation results.
