Abstract

A method of direct patterning of LiCoO2 films by electrochemically activated interfacial reactions was presented. LiCoO 2 and CoO4 films were deposited on a porous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEF) filter and normal filter papers respectively. Results showed the strong possibility for drawing any desired shapes of crystalline ceramics onto papers directly by developing an electrode system.
