Abstract
This paper focuses on the feedback linearization of nonlinear processes with external measurable and unmeasurable disturbances. The proposed disturbance compensator, based on a set of the adjustable parameters, is used as a technique to robustify the cancellation of nonlinear terms under a suitable tuning framework. The bound for the adjustable parameters is given to ensure the stability of the closed-loop system. The proposed methodology is applied to the composition control of a CSTR, such that the output regulation and system robustness are achieved. Computer simulation shows results in satisfactory control.
