Abstract
A novel design for T-shaped and Π-shaped transmission lines on dual-band bandpass filters are proposed to efficiently suppress high-frequency harmonic. The dual-band can be designed using stepped-impedance resonators. The harmonic suppression of the proposed dual-band bandpass filter is extended to 12 GHz with a rejection level higher than -20 dB. The measured results concur with the full-wave simulation results.
