Effects of poling field on the piezoelectric and dielectric properties of Sr additive Sm-modified PbTiO3 ceramics

Abstract

The effects of poling field on the piezoelectric and dielectric properties of Sr additive Sm-modified PbTiO3 ceramics were discussed. It was found that both the dielectric constant and loss factor decrease with the increase of the poling field. The dopants not only reduce the lattice anisotropy, but also maintain the good dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the Sm-modified PbTiO3 ceramics.
