The multiple use of the cloud service has accelerated the development of smart mobile devices and enabled mobile service suppliers to create new services to meet the needs of the users. The previous studies have shown us the factors which influence the touch gesture of the elderly, and these factors have been taken as the basis of the design of an operating gesture model which satisfies the use need of the elderly. It is believed that the model will greatly benefit the group of people. Moreover, it will give a new direction for the development of various touch mobile devices in the future. According to the findings of this study, the middle-aged and the elderly should use a new design model where the one-finger operating gesture is taken as the basic prototype of the operating system of smart phones.
