Abstract

Electrical bio-electrical impedance spectroscopy (EBIS) could be used to evaluation the electrical proprieties of tissues. In this study, we used the radiation enteropathy of rats as the model, measured their EBIS, and solved the electrical prosperities of the tissue by three-element model optimization. The results demonstrated that the solution is associated with the tissue injury score. This method could be a quick evaluation for the tissue status that realizes the concept of electrical biopsy.
