Abstract
Electron Tunneling Measurements have been carried out on high Tc superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-δ at temperatures between 4.2K and 110K. By analyzing the experimental data the following results are obtained. The values of 2Δ/kTc at low temperatures are 3∼4 close to that expected from BCS theory. The temperature variation of the energy gap also seems to be consistent with that of BCS theory.
