Abstract

A proposed method to enhance the depth of field (DoF) in integral imaging system is demonstrated that a liquid crystal (LC) coaxial bifocal lens array (CBL4) is used to generate two central depth planes. The improvements of DoF are compared between the LC CBLA and the conventional LC lens array.
