Abstract

This study demonstrated a step-like hole injecting architecture to improve efficiency for OLEDs. A novel p-doping structure utilizing combinations of two organic layers with different doping concentration composed of MoO3 and NPB observed to facilitate hole-injection therefore accomplished a maximum luminance of 31250 cd/A and a significant increase in efficiency.
