N2 - The standardized groundwater level indexes, SGI, of 180 and 360 days groundwater level were applied in this project to analysis the fluctuation of historical groundwater level. The results showed that the variation of each station is different that must be converted to unified standards. The cumulate probability of standardized groundwater level indexes help to transfer the historical results into groundwater drought index, GDI, that the range from 0 to 1. And the GDI of a region was decided by the median of all groundwater stations. Finally, a suggested standard of classification was provided in order to help manage in a groundwater ward. On the other side, standardized groundwater level indexes, SGI, could help to compare the groundwater level between different years that were chosen to calculate groundwater management level. The results showed the average annual groundwater level in droughty years with different probabilities and become an elementary criterions of groundwater level. This research reveals that the screening results of the regions suitable for groundwater development are related to the development time. The areas classified as area 1 for development projects are located in Yongkang and Liuying monitoring stations.
