Abstract

Let Y^ℓ_m{pipe}n be the super Yangian of general linear Lie superalgebra for g^l_m{pipe}n. Let e ∈ g^l _{mℓ{pipe}nℓ} be a "rectangular" nilpotent element and W_e be the finite W-superalgebra associated to e. We show that Y^ℓ_m{pipe}n is isomorphic to W_e.
