Abstract
The synthesis of well-aligned β-Ga2O3-TiO 2 core-shell nanowires using two-stage metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) was investigated. The formation of aligned Ga 2O3-TiO2 nanobarcodes from the sample core-shell nanowires using thermal annealing was also discussed. The morphology and structural properties of the sample nanowires were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, respectively. It was found that as the temperature was decreased, the phase separation occurred along the longitudinal directions of the nanowires.
