Abstract

According to advance of science and technology, corresponding to that, people have to bear the pressure is growing. People try to find a self-training method to reduce the stress anytime and anywhere [1]. Mindfulness research has been given more and more public concern. However, they could not generalize about the training effects during mindfulness training. Fortunately, biofeedback has been under developed for many years such as EEG, HRV and breath rate. Currently, these inspecting equipments including headset and wrist types are used by general public [2]. If people gain the biological index record from sensor during training, they will know the effect of exercise. For example, the Melon Headband, diagnoses the status of the user's head based on measurement of the user's EEG, which can then help develop a better training strategy for the user [3]. Those products provide instructional guidance, based on real-time biofeedback of the psychological and physiological health conditions to assist users in having better mindfulness practice; in this manner, mindfulness practice can be better regulated and directed toward the pursuit of happiness. On the other hand, mindfulness training is not only improving psychological condition, but also mindfulness. The testing could evaluate psychological condition such as questionnaire and interview. This study is the confluence analysis of both elements which are subjective (psychological) and objective (physiological). Mindfulness course assist trainee's daily exercise effectively. We name this process as Mindfulness Feedback Interface (MFI) Design.
