Abstract

Electrical resistivity of CeRu3Si2 has been measured from 290 to 1.1 K under high pressure up to 150 kbar. The initial strong suppressions in the resistivity and its T2-dependence, and the enhancement of Tc were abruptly replaced by a pressure insensitive state above ≈ 30 kbar which is presumably tetravalent.
