Abstract

New type BLSF ceramics (Na,K)2Bi6Ti7O24 (NKBT) were safely and environmental protection lead-free material. The dielectric constant of 30, and tanδ=2.3%.This study manufactured original compound material (Na,K)2CO3 of NKBT, successfully. New type BLSF ceramics NKBT were yet produced a successfulin the past. After a series of efficient and accurate results showed keys of successfully producing NKBT is synthesis of sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate prior to original compound-(Na,K)2CO3. Chloride anion(Cl-) in water, shear force by mixing and drying temperature are the keys to a successful factor. In this paper, we get optimal (Na,K)2CO3 powder by rotation velocity 300 rpm and drying temperature 110°C. (Na,K)2CO3 powder had the advantageof uneasy deliquesce, manufacturing process easy,fast and low working temperature because of using integration and synthesis of carbonic oxide and there was clear evidence of (Na,K)2CO3 by scientific instruments as Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) etc.
