Abstract

Health management systems have always been one of the most popular systems for the public, due to the assistance they provide for the people to record their health information. A comprehensive view of existing travel planning systems has revealed that most of the relevant studies have focused on the function of recording people’s information. However, these systems do not give positive or negative feedback and suggestions based on the recorded information. As a result, many users are not clear about how to adjust their lifestyle or diet, which does not help users become healthier. In this study, we developed an interactive health management system that includes functions of recording user health information, as well as corresponding health management feedback. This feedback is used in the system to remind users of daily health management and to establish positive health management. This system greatly enhances the practicability of self-supervised health management and increases the likelihood of helping people become healthier.
