Abstract

Suzuki cross-couplings of N-contained heterocyclic chlorides with naphthaleneboronic acids in the ionic liquids can be performed with excellent yield. The use of ILs appears to be advantageous in comparison with the conventional organic solvent; products with good purity and higher yield were obtained with shorter reaction time, the product isolation was simple and the ILs could be reused.
