Abstract
The microwave dielectric properties and sintering temperatures of 0.95MgTiO3-0.05CaTiO3 ceramics were investigated after the addition of Bi2O3 as a low firing temperature promoter. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were used to observe the microstructure of the sintered ceramic surfaces. The ceramics were sintered at 1250 °C due to the liquid phase effect of Bi2O3 addition.
