Abstract
Experimental evidence is presented of a magnetic-field-induced transition from an Anderson insulator at B=0 to a quantum Hall conductor at finite magnetic field in a disordered two-dimensional electron gas system. We interpret the experimental results as a manifestation of magnetic-field-induced delocalization. The results are in accord with the recently proposed global phase diagram for the quantum Hall effect.
