N2 - The magnetic neutron scattering cross-sections in Zn and Ni doped YBCO6+x have been measured for energies between 2 and 14 meV and temperatures between 10 and 270 K. The imaginary part of the generalized susceptibility, integrated around (π, π) position, deduced from these data exhibits the simple temperature scaling form found in the normal state of weakly doped LSCO and pure YBCO6.5 with different weights of linear and cubic terms of E/T.
