Abstract
The manufacturing of carbon films with Fe3C nanograin inclusions was performed by using magnetron dc cosputtering of a composite target of graphite disk plus iron rods. The measurement of both temperature- and field-dependent magnetizations, M(T) and M(H), was taken for samples of various carbon concentrations. M(T) were measured in both conditions of field cooling at H = 100 Oe and of zero-field cooling.
