Abstract

This paper intends to encourage Web designers and search engine designers to invent a technology allowing Web pages to communicate with each other, so that computer users could efficiently and effectively find important information and learn. The rationales of how two major design principles- usability and accessibility could be reflectively connected with learning theories are included.
